Robert C. May, born in 1964, educated at Pennsylvania State University, B.A. with honors in History, 1986, and (Pennsylvania State University's) Dickinson School of Law, J.D. cum laude, 1992, has practiced business law since 1992, for the law firms of Shumaker Williams, P.C., Camp Hill (1992-1997), Morgan Lewis [& Bockius], LLP, Harrisburg (1997-1999), and since 1999, he has been in private practice for himself, forming May & May, P.C., on January 1, 2000. Karen Brothers May, born in 1967, educated at Franklin & Marshall College, B.A. 1988, and University of Pennsylvania School of Law, J.D. 1991 (where she was elected Executive Editor of the Law Review and was elected to represent the University of Pennsylvania as an editor of the Blue Book produced in association with Harvard, Yale and Columbia law schools), has practiced business law since 1991, for the law firms of Dechert Price & Rhoads, Philadelphia (1991-1992), Keefer Wood Allen & Rahal, LLP, Harrisburg (1993-1998), and Miller & May, LLP, Lemoyne (1998-1999) of which she was a founding member.  You can e-mail Ms. May at kbm@mayandmay.com.
